I have blocked the apps but it is not working.

To enable Application blocking on Android devices, 'Usage Data Access' option for SecureTeen must be enabled on target device.

To turn 'Usage Data Access' setting on, please follow the instructions below:

1st Method

1. Launch SecureTeen Child App with green icon (on child's device)

2.  Tap ‘Activate’ on the screen below.

3.  You will be shown the following pop-up. Tap ‘Got It’ button.

4.  Scroll down to find and select ‘SecureTeen’ option.

5.  Enable SecureTeen ‘Usage Data Access’ service by Sliding ON/OFF button.


Now SecureTeen is properly configured to control apps usage on Android phones and tablets.

2nd Method

1. Launch ‘SecureTeen Child App’ by clicking its icon

2. Go to Parent Login option, then enter username & password on next screen to sign into the application

3. Tap ‘Advanced Settings’

4. Press ‘Enable Now’ link against ‘Activate App Supervision’ and you will directly be taken to 'Usage Data Access’ option in Settings.

5. Tap ‘Activate’ on the screen below.

6.  You will be shown the following pop-up. Tap ‘Got It’ button.

7.  Scroll down to find and select ‘SecureTeen’ option.

8.  Enable SecureTeen ‘Usage Data Access’ service by Sliding ON/OFF button.


Now SecureTeen is properly configured to control apps usage on Android phones and tablets. 

3rd Method

1. Launch the ‘Settings’ application.

2. Navigate to the 'Usage Data Access'. For this, directly type 'usage data access' by using search option inside Settings and tap this option among given search results below


3. Scroll down to find and tap 'Usage Data Access' again on this screen 

4. Scroll down to find and tap ‘SecureTeen’ option.

5. Enable SecureTeen for 'Usage Data Access' service by Sliding ON/OFF button
