How do I keep my kids from playing a game or using an application for 24/7?

SecureTeen allows you to block any application on your child's device. The application can be a game, a browser, or even Google Play store (Android Market). If you block Play store, your child will not able to install any applications through it. SecureTeen uploads a list of all applications installed on the device with their icons which will help you decide which application should be allowed/blocked. This also called Permanent Rule, as its restrictions are being implemented for 24/7.

Please see instructions below on how to block an application:

METHOD-1:

Website's Dashboard Layout to alert APPS control settings

Example: If you want to block ‘Play Store’ app then log in to your dashboard, identify the Child (in this case Test) for which you want to customize settings and tap on Rules.

  • Open Rules and go to APPS settings

  • Next; you need to scroll the given Apps’ list and find out concerned App’s icon (Play Store, in this case) which you wish not to allow on target device.

  • Tap Play Store app’s icon to change its status as blocked (lock-icon's color will turn to red) and Save Settings.

        METHOD-2:

Parent App’s Dashboard’s Layout to alert APPS control settings

Tap the blue SecureTeen Parent App on personal/parental device and sign-into your dashboard. Identify the Child (in this case Test) for which you want to specified restrictions under its Rules section as shown in figure given below.

  • Open Rules and go to APPS Settings
  • Next; you need to scroll the given APPS list and find out concerned App’s icon (Play Store, in this case) which you wish not to allow on target device.

  • Tap Play Store app’s icon to change its status as blocked (lock-icon's color will turn to red) and Save Settings.
As soon as your alerted settings (on dashboard) get updated onto registered child's device, its Play Store app will be blocked by SecureTeen.

Is this available for iPhone, when I go to the apps I do not see iPhone listed in the tab. I only see Android and Windows.
